Founder Victoria Shekarchi relocated to Austin in 2008 to attend the University of Texas, where she earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in structural engineering. Over the past decade, she has contributed to more than 50 transportation infrastructure projects across Texas, developing deep expertise in structural design and public-sector coordination.
In 2025, she launched BridgeMaven to provide focused, high-quality structural engineering services with the accountability and leadership of a dedicated small business partner.
